Just read about this lovely lady online and I'm devastated for your loss. I too am a primary school teacher, the same age too and I know from all the tributes that she made a difference to so many children's lives in the work that she did for so many years.
The only thought that comes to mind is......not how did she die, but how did she live and she certainly lived her life to the full.
Sincere condolences.

A wonderful lady to work with when I was at the Cathedral parish; she will be greatly missed.
With many prayers for her and her family, may she rest in peace. Amen.
